Hello! My name is Ojas Gupta. I have a background in Architecture and I graduated with an M.A. in Design Management from Savannah School of Art and Design (SCAD).
I have the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and strive to have an empathetic leadership mindset. During my journey, I have worked with a diverse range of clients and got the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams. Working on these projects brought me closer to what I love doing the most – creating insight-based decisions through a mixed approach of design thinking, user research and systems thinking.
I’m inquisitive about understanding user needs and behaviours to create pragmatic and impactful solutions. Looking back at my journey from an architect to a design strategist, I have developed a broader toolbox for problem solving that allows me to be adaptable.
